  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

  • Exclusions: Certain items are typically non-returnable, including:

    • Final sale items.

    • Hygiene-sensitive products (like certain accessories or undergarments).

Refund Policy - the basics

  • Full Refunds: If you return an eligible item within the 30-day window, you are typically entitled to a refund to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the company's part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).

  • Restocking Fees: Note that some specialty boutique items or specific collaborations may occasionally carry a restocking fee (often around 20%), though this is less common for their standard hoodie and sweatshirt lines.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Via TikTok Shop: If you purchased through TikTok, go to your "Orders" tab, select the item, and follow the "Return" prompts to receive a shipping label.

  2. Via Website: If purchased directly from their standalone store, you should contact their customer support email (usually found in your order confirmation) to request a Return Authorization (RA).
